- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil [or coconut oil or Ghee butter]
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- Pinch of cumin
- Optional: garlic powder / ginger powder / chilipowder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Chop cauliflower head into florets.
- Place cauliflower into a baking dish.
- Add olive oil, turmeric, cumin, and salt then toss well.
- Roast for about 20 minutes (keep them ‘al dente’, fresh and crispy).
